Construction software, built in Florida

Estimate to cash, on one line.

DrawLine is building one platform that carries a contractor's numbers from the first takeoff to a signed AIA-style pay application to a posted invoice in QuickBooks Online. No re-keying, and no spreadsheets between systems. DrawLine Pay is in beta now, Estimate joins it in November, and we open to specialty subcontractors in Florida in February 2027, then to every trade.

Mission and vision

One clear line from the plans to getting paid

Our mission

To give every trade contractor one clear line from the plans to getting paid.

We build estimating, takeoff and pay application software shaped by decades of bidding and billing real jobs. It turns drawings and specs into accurate bids, carries every bid straight into the schedule of values, and makes each AIA pay application fast, correct and defensible. We use AI to take the hours out of reading documents, and we leave the judgment and the final number to the estimator.

Our vision

A construction industry where subcontractors bid with confidence, bill without friction, and get paid on time for the work they do.

From takeoff to draw request: accurate bids, clean pay apps, and more time to build.

FAQ

Questions contractors ask about DrawLine

What is DrawLine?

DrawLine is estimating, takeoff and AIA-style pay application software for trade contractors. It carries a contractor's numbers from the first takeoff to a signed pay application to a posted invoice in QuickBooks Online, with no re-keying between systems.

Who is DrawLine for?

DrawLine is built for specialty subcontractors, starting in Florida, and will open to every trade after that. General contractors will be able to collect subcontractor pay apps and roll them into the owner's application through a GC roll-up portal, targeted for Q3 2027.

When can I start using DrawLine?

DrawLine Pay is in beta now with design partners. Estimate joins the beta in November 2026, and paid plans open to Florida specialty subcontractors in February 2027. Dates are targets and may move as design partners shape the product.

Does DrawLine create AIA G702 and G703 pay applications?

Yes. DrawLine Pay builds AIA-style G702/G703 pay applications from the winning estimate, with retainage, change orders, stored materials and lien waivers. DrawLine produces AIA-style documents and is not affiliated with the American Institute of Architects.

Does DrawLine work with QuickBooks?

Yes. DrawLine Sync, targeted for May 2027, is a two-way link to every QuickBooks Online edition. Approved pay apps post as invoices, and payments and job costs flow back into DrawLine.

How is DrawLine different from spreadsheets?

Every DrawLine tool shares the same line items, so the takeoff becomes the estimate, the estimate becomes the schedule of values, and the schedule of values becomes the pay app and the invoice. Work you enter once shows up everywhere it belongs, instead of being copied between spreadsheets and systems.

How much does DrawLine cost?

Launch pricing has not been announced yet. Subscribers to DrawLine updates get first word on launch pricing and the design partner program.

What is a DrawLine design partner?

Design partners are contractors who use DrawLine during the beta and give regular feedback that shapes the product. To be considered, tick the design partner box when you sign up for updates.

Where is DrawLine based?

DrawLine is based in Sarasota, Florida. You can reach the team at info@drawlineco.com.
